This Sauvignon Blanc has enticing aromas of citrus peel and grass with hints of pineapple and guava.
Fermented to dryness and racked off the yeast lees, this wine was aged in stainless steel only. Ont hte palate, it is crisp with flavors of grapefruit and honeydew melon with kiwi and Grany Smith apple notes.
